Rio de Janeiro will gain a new place for playng golf. And the chosen location couldn’t be better: right in front of ypur future apartment.
The Project, selected through an international competition, is signedby renowned English architect Gil Hanse, an expert in construction of golf courses around the world. The future Olympic Golf Course will have 18 holes built across 44.5 hectares of land and the “Club House, so importante in a sport that promotes and enhances the interaction between the players. It Will be filled with traditional elements of Brazilian architecture.

THE PROJECT
There is a new Icon in Rio de Janeiro. The first residential project in Brazil with pre certification by Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, the Ecological seal of approval with the widest international recognation.
The Project consists of more than 31.000m2 of land, with extensive leisure areas merged into gorgeous landscaping with native species and an archtectural design that can bring nature right into the owner’s homes.
The Façade, with a marble and glass skin, induces a feeling of levitating over a spectacular landscape. Inspired by the contemporary architecture of large international iconic buildings, the pórtico presentes a huge metalic panel tracery design, in composition with glass boxes that permeate the ambiance with light and ventilation.
